VIK design

The motors of the series DN... can be supplied according to the "Technical Requirements" of the Association of the Industrial Power Industry.

Ship classification
The motors of the series DN... can be supplied according to the stipulations of the common ship classification societies (e.g. Germanischer Lloyd, Lloyds Register, Bureau Veritas; Det Norske Veritas).

 

— Foreign stipulations —

Europe
Within the frame of the harmonization of the European Community and the adaption of many countries to the IEC 34, the motors of the series DN... of the normal design can be operated in most of the European countries. If you are not sure, please ask us.

NEMA
The motors of the series DN only can be supplied in the electrical design (not mechanical) according to NEMA MG 1.

CSA
The motors of the series DN can be supplied according to CSA without registration.

UL
The motors of the series DN can be supplied according to UL. A general registration does not exist. However, if necessary, this is possible on special request.
