— Tacho-generator —

Practically all suitable commercial systems can be mounted as speed actual value sensors. Tacho-generators of the construction A4 (rotor with hollow shaft without own bearing arrangement) are preferable as with other constructions, additional costs can accrue for suitable couplings depending on the concentricity and dynamic performance requirements.

Hollow shaft tacho-generators with own bearing arrangement are also not unproblematic and can only be mounted with cut backs on concentricity and dynamic performance.
